Our Schemes
We specialise in small-scale developments ranging from five to 50 homes throughout East Anglia. Each plot is individually designed to be sympathetic to its surroundings, using local materials and traditional-style architecture.
Space, both inside and out, is a trademark of ours. The homes are well-positioned to afford privacy and views for their inhabitants. Rooms are generously proportioned and include all finishes, as well as built-in cupboards.

As a sustainable house builder, we have proven experience of incorporating renewable energy sources and strong environmental building techniques. We adhere to NHBC and LABC, and all our homes are constructed to strict sustainability guidelines, as stipulated by the local authority.
Through careful planning and engineering, we minimise construction waste and put in place secure flood control systems.
Every home, be it a small bungalow or 5-bedroom house, is fitted with an electric charging point and air source heat pump. We also include solar panels or compatible wiring.
The government has set all developers a BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) target of 10%, as a means to improve the natural environment, whilst also meeting the rising demand for new houses. We have systems in place to ensure we meet that target.
